By booking lessons with Karyn's Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Lesson Bookings and Payments

 

Lessons must be paid for in advance or on the day of the lesson.

 

Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

 

Block bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend, the full lesson fee will be charged.

 

 

3. Refunds – Block Bookings Only

 

Refunds are only available for block bookings.

 

Refunds will be given for unused lessons only, calculated at the standard single lesson rate.

 

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from your block booking total and are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

4. Use of Photos and Media

 

With your permission, Karyn's Driving School may take a photo of you after passing your driving test for use in promotional materials (e.g., website, social media).

 

You will be asked to provide clear, written or verbal consent before any image is used.

 

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing, and your image will be removed from all platforms promptly.

 

 

5. General

 

By taking lessons with Karyn's Driving School, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

 

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Three Strikes Policy

​

To maintain fairness and consistency for all students, we operate a strict Three Strikes and You’re Out policy regarding cancellations and no-shows:

You are allowed a maximum of three cancellations or no-shows.

After the third strike, you will no longer be eligible to continue lessons.

Each cancellation or no-show will count as one strike.

Holiday / Extended Absence Policy

If you plan to take a break for holiday or other personal reasons, you have two options:

1. Reserve Your Slot

Pay the full lesson rate in advance for each week you’ll be away.

This guarantees your regular time slot will be held for your return.

2. Release Your Slot

No payment is required.

Your regular slot will be made available to other students during your absence.

You may request to resume lessons upon return, but rejoining will depend on availability at the time.
